Product Manager TV
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager preferable in TV/Telco/ Media
• Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Success defining and launching excellent products or services
• Technical background, experience in IDTV is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• English a must. Preferable fluent in Dutch.
• Able to develop effective relationships
• Persuasiveness and proactiveness
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills including demonstration skills to handle many assignments simultaneously.

The position stands on the TV Product Management, reporting to the TV Product Mgmt Director.
The Product Manager TV is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the implementation team, engineering, go to market, sales, finance, and customer support to ensure business, innovation and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
The Product Manager is expected to:
• Define the product according to the strategy and define and maintain the quarterly roadmap
• Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification and business case
• Introduce changes and improvements on existing products to maximize TV P&L and customer satisfaction.
• Make sure the products are available to the customer as defined: push the organization to deliver.
• Act as a leader within the company for the porfolio of products/initiative managed.
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Keep permanent market monitoring and benchmarking against competition (direct and lateral) and industry trends. Detect new business opportunities.
• Research, document and validate product strategy based on feedback from customer research, usability panels and competition. Conduct business-level verification and market testing of new products and features
• Brief Go to Market, Customer Service and Sales
• Tracking KPI and consumer feedback to adjust existing functionalities and features.
